These terms apply when you pay the application fee and apply for an apartment with Brackenridge Property Group.
Application fee
The application fee is $35 per applicant. It is non-refundable, whether or not your application is approved.
No guarantee of approval
Paying the application fee does not guarantee approval and does not hold an apartment for you.
Accurate information
By applying, you certify that the information you provide is true and complete.
Verification
You authorize Brackenridge Property Group to verify the information you provide, including your identity, income, employment, and rental history, and to run background and credit checks.
Our decision
Brackenridge Property Group may deny an application based on its rental criteria.
